The Town of Van Horn City Offices, including City Hall, City-County Library, Clark Hotel Museum and the Convention Center are now open to the public. 

City Hall lobby is open Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. until noon, and from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m.

Face coverings are recommended when conducting business inside City Hall, City-County Library, Clark Hotel Museum, and Convention Center. 

City Hall staff is also reachable via phone and email during business hours. Payments can also be left in the drop box located in the lobby of City Hall.

New Services: Fill out appropriate application Residential Application or Commercial Application  and email it to  jennaflores@vanhorntexas.org or rebeccamendias@vanhorntexas.org; one of the clerks will call you to finish the process. 

Building Permits: fill out the appropriate application Residential Permit  or Commercial Permit and email it to melliehernandez@vanhorntexas.org and one of the clerks will call you to finish the process.

ATTENTION WATER CUSTOMERS

 The Consumer Confidence Report (Drinking Water Quality) for the Town of Van Horn for the calendar year 2020 is available for review at City Hall during normal business hours. It is also available to view at 2020 Consumer Confidence Report.

In compliance with H.B. 872, the Town of Van Horn will not disclose customer information under the Public Information Act (PIA) unless the customer elects to make the information public or under certain exceptions. Customers have the right to request disclosure, and may do so by filling out this form, by marking the appropriate box and returning it by mail or electronically.
